– **Cancellation from 7 to 14 days** before the departure date: Customers will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
– **Cancellation within 7 days** of the departure date: No refund will be issued.

– Refunds will be processed via the customer’s original payment method within 14 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
– If customers cancel the tour due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, epidemics), the company will consider a full or partial refund based on the actual situation.
