Hoa Lu
Hoa Lu was the capital of Vietnam during the Dinh, Le, and Ly dynasties from 968 to 1009. It is known for its ancient citadel, which includes defense earthen walls, palaces, temples, and shrines. The area is a national relic and offers a glimpse into Vietnam’s feudal history.
Trang An
The Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, often referred to as “Ha Long Bay on land”. It covers an area of 10,000 hectares and includes the Trang An Eco-tourist Site, Tam Coc-Bich Dong Landscape, and Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel. The complex features limestone karst peaks, valleys, caves, and rivers, creating a picturesque and unique natural environment. It is home to diverse flora and fauna, including around 500 species of plants, 73 species of birds, and 41 species of animals.

7h15-8h00 : Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel. We take you to Ninh Binh province which is about 120 km far from Hanoi Old Quarter.
9h00-9h15 : Have a short break for 20 minutes to relax
10h15-10h30: Arrive restaurant and start cycling 20 minutes to Hoa Lu ancient capital, then park the bicycle and walk to visit Hoa Lu. This is the first capital of Vietnam, you will be impressed by the outstanding architecture when entering temples of King Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam, built in the 17th century.(If you prefer not to cycle, we will transfer you by bus to Hoa Lu, where our tour guide will meet you and guide you to the temples. After the visit, we will transfer you back to Cozy Vietnam Restaurant)
11h30 : Continue cycling tour 30 minutes more around the village to discover the life of local people and come back to Cozy Vietnam restaurant.
12h00: Have Lunch at restaurant designed in a 5-star style. You can have a panoramic view of the poetic mountain and river scenery of Ninh Binh while enjoying the delicious foods.
13h00 – 13h30: Visit Trang An, a World Heritage Site recognized by UNESCO in 2014. There, you can spend 1.5 - 2 hours on the boat ride to enjoy the beauty of this place, which has a beautiful tunnel cave system and appears in the New Version of Kong in 2016 – “Skull Island”.
16h00 : Get on the Bus to return to Hanoi
18h00 – 18h30 : Arrive back to Hanoi and drop off at the hotel .
